OF SERVICE & ACCEPTABLE USE
Below
are the guidelines we put in place for our clients
and our company. Questions about these policies
can be answered by contacting sales.

All customers are allowed a three day free trial
period before being billed. If paying via credit
card, you will be charged accordingly after your
three day trial expires and every month thereafter.
Customers who pay via Pay Pal will be given a twenty
four hour window of time to remit payment when they
are invoiced. Failure to pay in full via either
method within two days will result in account suspension
or termination.

We guarantee our servers are online and operating
within normal parameters 99% every month. Occasional
hardware/software upgrades, routine maintenance
or reboots will not be calculated into this percentile.
The uptime of our machines do not include your particular
game server uptime.

Anytime you require technical support, we suggest
using the form at our web site to keep track of
requests. By using this, we guarantee you will get
a response and/or solution to your request within
24 hours. Calling the sales team or using MSN does
not guarantee a response to your technical problem.

We do not install or troubleshoot mods or any other
software you may load onto the server after original
installation. This includes any sort of remote console
commands, map rotation, and the like. Our support
is for the servers' hardware, operating system,
and initial game configuration, not to teach individuals
how to use a particular game.

Any time a customer increases the number of players
allowed to their game server is strictly prohibited
without contacting sales to adjust the monthly bill.
If you are found running a server with a different
amount of users you are paying for, a backcharge
will apply as well as increasing the regular hosting
fee.

Customers may only use up to four (4) bots to populate
a server that is empty. Overloading a game server
with bots results in lower quality game play for
human players who reside on the same machine. We
reserve the right to disable or terminate your game
server if more than four (4) bots are found on your
account.

We are not liable for any loss, claim or expense
you may incur by hosting your game server with our
company. Hardware upgrades or temporary outages
of services are inevitable and we are not responsible
for any financial damage this may incur onto you
or your business.

You may cancel your game server at any time by emailing
our sales team with the following information: game
server type, IP address, control panel username,
control panel password, and expected last day of
service. Optional information may include your Teamspeak
username, Teamspeak password and/or any sub domain
login details you may have acquired while hosting
with our company. When canceling your account you
will not be credited back any amount of the monthly
fee you were previously charged.
